Dentists Earnings

Synergy Dental pride itself in being able to provide our staff with above industry average earnings. This is due to the highly effective digital systems, policies as well as investments in staff training allowing us to operate highly efficiently. Our Dentists benefit from the following:

  • Clinical Treatment Coordinators at our Central Call Centre. This means that all new patient enquiries are managed and triaged by a very experienced GDC registered clinical team.
  • Patient Coordinators present at the practice to support the full patient journey. From digital photography, to intra-oral scans, writing reports to taking testimonials.
  • A dedicated marketing team ensuring a strong offline and digital presence. We help you build your personal local and regional profile.
  • Dental Therapists to support your work flow both on the NHS and privately.
  • Experienced and long-standing nursing support. We have a very high staff retention rate due to our staff benefits, appraisal, training and team culture.
