Had 6 monthly check up yesterday. All staff pleasant, helpful and efficient. Only gave 4 stars as I was on time but had to wait a longish time for my appointment.

They were absolutely amazing. I had problems with sharp bones in my gum . They filed it all down and stitched my gum. It's so much better. Just waiting for healing and stitches to dissolve. Highly recommend this dentist

My current new dentist, who is a lady. No issue. Did a great job. I highly recommend them. However, the gentlemen dentist I used to have before. I kept having issues with. He give me an examine but then ask me to book an appointment to come back for the clean. The clean is a 2 minute job. I've even stated that I was booking for both at reception. This had happened multiple times with him. Plus I don't think he cleans my teeth as throughly as she did. To be honest. I don't think he wanted to be my dentist anyway. Since he was also the one to suggest changing him for another dentist.

Having hating going to the the dentist for years alongside suffering from depression. My teeth arent the best. My past two visits have been with DR. patel. Firstly hes friendly . Secondly professional but with dignity for clients. No shame. Just assessed what was going on and gave friendly but firm feedback. Gave advise and now after treatment im on track to have better teeth. My root canal waszlong but in all honesty i was relaxed all way through. Its not his fault drills are horrendous in their sound but my first treatment where i was calm and relaxed. Actually booked my follow up appointment and will attend. First time for everything. Nice to have a dentist that actually is human and helpful which helps the road to self care alot easier. Also the receptionist was amazing at helping me secure appointments around my work. Thank you.

I’ve been with Synergy for a while now after changing practice , and i’ve always found them brilliant. However in the last year i’ve had issues with my wisdom teeth (i’m 31) as both bottom teeth are impacted. When I was last in surgery they took x-rays to confirm and had to MESSAGE the lead surgeon to sign off on medication which took 20 mins of waiting! I was told by my dentist to chase up my referral with the hospital which I did , but to only be told that my dentist needed to expedite a letter in order for my to been seen faster. I rang my surgery back on the same day to be told the surgeon would ring me to discuss , which no one did. I gave up trying to get back in touch and have just carried on as normal, but I can’t wait to be on antibiotics every month for a year until they are removed! (I also have gastric issues)

I can’t however fault my dentist as she’s been the same face everytime and she is brilliant! I suffer with social anxiety and RSD , so to have a familiar face who is so understanding with my fears is so reassuring!
