Accounts Assistant
Full Time, Permanent Contract
On site, HQ in Bolton

We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant with Payroll experience to join our ever-expanding team in line with our ambitious growth plans.
The Role:
- Completing daily and monthly bank reconciliations via Xero Software.
- Approving invoices on Dext software, for all practices.
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts for month end duties.
- Posting and billing invoices via Xero software.
- Dealing with refund requests and adding onto Xero software.
- Reviewing monthly lab statements.
- Allocating payments.
- Liaising with Partners and Lead Associates in regards to costings and budget allocation.
- Assisting with the monthly payroll for both employed and self employed staff.
The Person:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Unrivalled attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and meticulously.
- Outstanding communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work quickly and efficiently.
- Professional Manner and strong work ethic.
- Experienced working within Payroll.
- Xero experience essential.
