Free Training Opportunities
We believe that your personal improvement directly ties to our improvement as a company, which is why we invest in our team members and encourage your skills development.
All of our receptionists benefit from training to best help our patients.
All of our dental nurses get training in: IV sedation, dental implants, treatment coordination, and radiography.
Our dentists have the option to join our Pathway To Advanced Private Dentistry, giving you training in: dental implantology, Invisalign, and composite bonding.
Plus we also offer regular CPD including CPR courses and training in management of medical emergencies.
Dentists, practice managers and nurses will also be given free access to our unique online-learning course, SynTrain, where each member will be given educational material and will receive recognised certification upon completion.

Epic Social Events
Every year we host a Summer Social where our team members can bring their families and partners to mingle and chat. Some of our past Summer Socials have included face painting, rodeo bull riding, and free BBQ.
But it’s our epic end of year party that’s truly legendary! Each year, we host a black-tie end of year event with dancing, fireworks and a live band! Plus, we host awards for our staff, and every winner gets a prize. Our Employee of the Year prize is £1000!
Referral Bonus
We’re always on the lookout for hardworking, talented individuals to join our teams. Got a friend who’d be a perfect fit for Synergy? We offer a referral bonus scheme. If the applicant you put forward is successful, you could receive a bonus between £200 and £2000
Bonuses
All of our team members are eligible for performance related bonuses after a year of working with us, plus a generous end of year bonus! If you work in our sales department, you also earn commission on every patient you book!
Holiday Increases
On top of your 28 days leave entitlement (including Bank Holidays), we reward years of service with an extra day of holiday for every year after 2 years that you have worked for us. For example, when you have worked for us for 3 years, you will have 29 days of holiday, and will get 1 more day every year! Plus, we allow for an extra 5 days of leave at your manager’s discretion.
Blue Light Discount
As we provide NHS services, you’ll be eligible for a Blue Light Discount card. Just sign up online and provide a wage slip from us to prove you work for an NHS provider, and you’ll be eligible for discounts at gyms, restaurants, and on the high-street!
Discounted Treatment
We offer a discount on treatment for all our staff after 6 months of employment, so you can make your own smile shine!
