We are currently looking to recruit an Internal Clinical Sales Executive to join our ever-expanding team in line with our ambitious growth plans based at our Bolton based HQ.

The Role:

· Working with our Marketing and Central Service Teams to assist with introducing our services to patients who have enquired in regards to our industry leading treatments.

· Answering queries via social media, email and phone calls to advise patients on the interested treatments, and allocating suitable appointments for meetings with the Dental Professionals.

· Responsibility for the on boarding and booking of new patient exams via a patient focussed approach.

· Working with the wider Customer Service team to achieve pre-set KPI’s in regards to specialist treatments booking in with Dental professionals.

· Creating and maintaining relationships with local business to establish partnerships to the benefit of both.

The Person:

· A goal orientated individual who has experience with Sales and converting warm leads into booking.

· A candidate with a patient and customer focussed approach to sales, with a demonstrated history of being able to convert high percentages of enquiries.

· Someone dedicated to learning, and excelling in a tough and demanding industry.

· A candidate with an ethical sales background with experience working in B2C or Telesales environment.

· A person who has experience working within the Dental Industry, in a Treatment Coordinator / Dental Nurse capacity, who can understand and offer some information in regards to specific dental treatments.

· A Full clean driving licence and access to your own vechile.
