We are currently recruiting for a Social Media and Content Creation Executive to join our in house marketing specialists. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to develop and grow within an experienced and successful marketing team under the guidance of our esteemed Marketing Manager.
This position is a critical and important role for the business and will be responsible for driving social media presence and engagement across multiple platforms under the guidance of our high performing team.
Overview
Based in our Bolton office, the Social Media & Content Creation Executive will work alongside a small and dedicated team (made up of a content creator, graphic designer and SEO specialist and Marketing Manager), reporting directly into the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a base level knowledge of Marketing, but also demonstrate a keen desire to develop and grow in line with our ambitious growth and performance levels.
As part of the role, you will also be working under the guidance of all team members with the goal of understanding and demonstrating a strong base level of all elements of marketing from Content Creation to SEO and Graphic Design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Marketing Manager to create content for the wider Marketing Strategies, adhering to brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Work with the Graphic Designer on print and digital marketing materials across the group.
- Creation of social media content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
- Working with the Marketing Manager to assist with filming / photography.
- Content Ideation, actively contributing in Marketing meetings and Campaign planning.
- Working directly with company Social Media to upload and scheduling of posts / material.
- Writing blogs in line with campaigns and current trends in the wider industry promoting Synergy (B2B and B2C)
- Managing interactions with customers and potential customers through social media streams.
- Actively sourcing and engaging with influencers.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of working in house or Marketing Agency, and be responsible for supporting the creation of engaging and informative social media content.
- Experience working within a Marketing team inclusive of content creation.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Experience using Photoshop / Illustrator (Desirable)
- Experienced with using editing systems, on mobile apps and software such as Premier Pro and After Effects.
- Strong communication, time management & creativity skills.
- Someone with a keen interest in progressing and developing within an in house marketing team.
- Preferred to have experience within the dental industry but not a requirement.
- Working Full Time, in Office with the Marketing Team at our HQ.
