We Encourage Your Potential Through Support and CPD
No matter if you’re clinical or support staff, we want to bring out the best in you. We believe that if we do the best we can for our teams, then they will do the best for our patients – which is why we aim to promote your professional growth and development, whether that’s through upskilling, CPD, or training courses.
Our clinical staff get access to our SynTrain training platform, giving you free, ongoing training. We give all of our dental nurses the opportunity to qualify in sedation, dental implants, radiology, and treatment coordination – qualifications that you can carry throughout your career!

We are Pillars in Our Local Community
We built Synergy on a social-enterprise ethos. Here, we believe that people and planet come before profit, and that if you support the local community, your community will support you too, which is why we regularly engage in charity work, and encourage our staff to get involved.
As part of our community support, we form partnerships with small, independent businesses owners to help the local economy thrive. We also have partnerships with local schools and colleges. We work together to offer inspirational talks, careers days, and work experience.
We take a holistic approach to healthcare and understand that dentistry is about more than just your teeth, which is why we focus heavily on exercise and mental health. We are active campaigners for mental health support and the role that exercise plays in maintaining a positive mental state and your overall health. As part of this, we sponsor local sports teams to encourage active lifestyles for all.
Many of our clinical staff also take part in relief work. We encourage our dentists to travel with charities like Dent-Aid or the RCF (which our own Dr. Ali Altaf is a member of the board of trustees). If there’s a charity that’s close to your heart, let us know and we’ll do our best to support you in your charity work.
We are Award Winners
Over the years, we’ve won multiple awards that prove that what we do works. We have won awards like ‘Best Digital Training Platform’, for our SynTrain platform (which can be accessed by our clinical staff for training and CPD), plus several of our dentists have won the coveted Dentist of the Year prize.
We’ve also won awards recognising our commitment to quality patient care. We have multiple awards from our friends at Straumann, Invisalign, and Enlighten, who recognise us for our contributions to expanding the field of dentistry.
