We are currently recruiting Treatment setters to join our team in our HQ based in Bolton! Where you will be the first line of response to all enquiries, leads and incoming calls from our patients, talking them through their treatments, all the way through the journey to aftercare.
The Role:
- Speaking with our outstanding patient base at their initial consultation, over the phone, social media, video call to discuss their journey, and end results.
- Hosting video calls with patients to discuss their desired results and recommending clinicians and practices that are best suited to help achieve the desired results.
- Working with patients that are looking for treatment and advising the best course of action for consultations.
The Person:
- A candidate that has experience working in a sales or telesales environment. (Minimum 2 years).
- Outstanding communication skills and a positive can-do attitude, with a passion to succeed.
- Unrivalled confidence when speaking with patients, addressing their queries and questions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Superior customer service skills, with an ability to quickly establish strong relationships.
The Offer:
- Base salary of £22.5k with uncapped commission
- Realistic OTE of £40k+
- Full Time position (Varied shifts between 8am-8pm)
